You’re invited into a sacred, therapeutic circle for self-identified women — a space to come home to your truth, soften your defenses, and be deeply held in the presence of others.
This 8-session in-person series, held in my Oakland office near Lake Merritt, is a guided journey into the heart of self-love, embodied truth, and relational healing.
Rooted in Buddhist psychology, attachment theory, spiritual intimacy, somatic awareness, and relational attunement, this circle offers a compassionate space to transform old patterns, deepen self-trust, and expand your capacity to love and be loved — in all areas of life.
This circle is for you if you’re ready to:
- Heal from relational wounds or self-protective patterns that no longer serve
- Cultivate deeper trust in yourself and your inner knowing
- Be met and witnessed in your truth, tenderness, and emotional complexity
- Strengthen your capacity for secure, nourishing connection
- Explore your sensuality, boundaries, longings, and inner voice
- Live, love, and lead from a place of grounded presence and soulful self-connection
What to Expect:
Over 8 weeks, you’ll experience a progression of guided practices, connection rituals, and shared reflection — with each session building on the last. This is a closed group to support trust, safety, and deepening.
Each session may include:
- Somatic & embodiment practices to return to the body
- Relational exercises & dyads to build presence and attunement
- Facilitated group shares held with care, confidentiality, and reverence
- Ritual & intention-setting practices to anchor transformation
- Thematic explorations of: self-compassion, emotional honesty, boundaries, sensuality, healing the past, and cultivating secure love

About Your Facilitator
Dr. Rachel Greenberg is a licensed psychologist, relational healing guide, and teacher of embodied intimacy. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples in deep inner work, Rachel weaves together the wisdom of psychology, spirituality, somatic awareness, Buddhist philosophy, and myth to support healing at the root.
Her approach is warm, intuitive, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical rigor and heart-centered presence. She specializes in attachment, emotional intimacy, feminine embodiment, and relational transformation.
Rachel creates spaces where truth can be felt, shared, and held — and where women can reconnect to their full aliveness, softness, and power in sacred connection with self and other.
Please Note Before Registering:By purchasing a ticket, you are committing to the full 8-week series of the Women’s Healing & Embodiment Circle. This is a closed group designed to foster safety, depth, and continuity — meaning no new participants will be added after the circle begins.
To honor the integrity of the space and your fellow participants, I ask that you plan to attend at least 50% of the sessions (4 out of 8). There will be no reimbursement or partial refund for any missed sessions.
