"She Heals, She Leads® Series—an intimate 1day experience for women to deepen emotional wisdom, reclaim inner strength, and move forward up"
About this Event

Duration: 8 hours (including breaks) | Format: In-person / In-house / Online / Hybrid Certification: Course Completion Certification | Credits: 8 CEUs/CPDs/PDUs
This 1-day Emotional Empowerment course, offered under the She Heals – She Leads® series from Wisdom Hub, is a research-informed, psychologically safe immersion designed to help women reclaim emotional clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Grounded in emotional intelligence research, nervous-system science, and self-compassion psychology, the experience challenges harmful gender conditioning while reframing emotions as intelligence rather than weakness.

Across six carefully sequenced modules, participants move from awareness to self-worth, boundaries, and resilience. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and supportive group processes, women learn to validate themselves, communicate assertively, and respond to stress with steadiness instead of overwhelm. The result is not “fixing emotions,” but reclaiming them as a source of power.

What changes you will take back home after an 8-hour experience!
You leave with:

  • Clear emotional language and awareness
  • Reduced guilt, people-pleasing, and emotional over-responsibility
  • Stronger self-worth independent of external validation
  • Practical boundary-setting and assertive communication tools
  • Nervous-system regulation skills for stress and overwhelm
  • Confidence to express needs and anger without apology
  • A personalized emotional resilience toolkit for daily life

Net shift: calmer nervous systems, clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, and emotionally grounded leadership within yourself and beyond.

Through reflection and discussion, women reconnect with their needs and boundaries.

Module 3: Self-Worth & Emotional Confidence

Practical exercises support confident and respectful emotional expression.

🕑: 02:45 PM - 04:00 PM
Module 5: Emotional Regulation & Stress Resilience

Info: Grounded in nervous-system science, this module equips participants with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional burnout.
