There is something within us that we were never truly taught to understand.
We grew up learning to ignore, control, or even silence our menstrual cycle — instead of listening to it. Instead of recognizing it as a guide, a living language of the body.
Yet within each cycle, there are many versions of ourselves.
Different rhythms, different needs, different voices.
This gathering is an invitation to return to that inner listening.

Discover the “Seasons” of Your Menstrual Cycle
Learn in a simple and empowering way about the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle (menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phase) and how each one influences your energy, mood, and overall well-being. Helping you understand its phases not just intellectually, but as a living, cyclical expression within you.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga for the hips
A deeply yin yoga practice focused on hip-opening postures — an area of the body where many of us store emotional tension, especially related to stress, trauma, or suppressed feelings. By gently releasing the hips, we invite emotional release, freedom, and a sense of grounding.
✨Reiki + Womb Meditation
Through a calming Reiki session focused on the womb, combined with a guided meditation, you’ll be invited to release tension, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with this deeply intuitive space within you.
This gathering welcomes all women who wish to explore and nurture their feminine energy in a peaceful and supportive space.

Recommendation: - Please avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
- Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
- Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
