About this Event
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, we’re creating space to simply be. Join us for a gentle women’s circle centered around self-love through intentional rest—offering a pause for your body, mind, and nervous system.
Together, we’ll explore the 7 types of rest, each one supporting a different layer of your well-being, all within a grounded, welcoming community space.
✨ What the 7 types of rest looks like in this circle:
- Spiritual rest: reconnecting with a sense of inner calm, intuition, and grounding beyond the noise of daily life
- Mental rest: giving your thoughts permission to soften, slow down, and settle
- Physical rest: supporting the body in releasing tension and shifting out of effort
- Sensory rest: quieting external stimulation to allow your senses to reset
- Creative rest: receiving inspiration without pressure to produce or perform
- Emotional rest: creating space to acknowledge, feel, and release emotions without judgment
- Social rest: connecting authentically, without small talk or expectations, in a supportive circle
We’ll share tea, sit together, and allow rest to become something felt—not forced.
🫖 Tea will be provided
🧘♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat and journal
Come as you are. Leave feeling restored, connected, and gently renewed.
