Join Katrina for a beautiful intimate circle where she will share her wisdom and practices from her heart to yours. With every circle Katrina will take you on a journey to open your heart, womb and connect you to the heart of Mother Earth and Every circle is an opportunity to connect with like minded women, make long term friends, feel heard, seen, safe and apart of a beautiful community of women who are heart centred and ready for growth and expansion
What is a women’s circle?
Women have been gathering in circle for centuries.Women have gathered over time for many reasons including birthing, deaths, celebrations, rites of passage and ceremony.
In today’s world women are gathering once again to find themselves, make new connections, build community and to feel supported.
When women gather in circle, those feel good hormones are released, which intern reduces stress, brings a sense of belonging and inspires women to grow and evolve.
A woman’s circle unites us together through life experience, and stories. When sisters sit in circle their is no hierarchy , no one above or below, we are all equal, we all have a story to share and we all have the opportunity to open our hearts and wisdom to each other.
During Katrina’s circles you will feel loved, nurtured, seen, heard and safe. Her intention for creating circles are for women to gather, to remember, to connect and feel inspired as well as bring ancient wisdoms and practices into the modern world. Each circle has its own theme, some themes and discussions are big and raw this allows us to get to the heart of the matter and others can be open, gentle and flowing. When you sit with Katrina you get to experience heart centred connection and wisdom and integrate beautiful offerings such as cacao offering, herbal tea offerings, arts and craft, guided journey that can take you deeper into your own intuition and wisdom and so much more.
Investment is $35 for each women’s circle
A nourishing platter lunch will be provided.
Katrina is a qualified Homeopath, Clinical Herbalist and massage practitioner. Katrina’s focus and passion is womb work, menstrual health and women’s health. Katrina is women’s circle and retreat facilitator.
