About Rebecca
Rebecca completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Nepal back in 2017, where she studied classical Hatha and primary Ashtanga asana practice, pranayama, guided meditation, mudras, yoga nidra, alignment and adjustment , and mantra chanting. Though Rebecca didn’t initially set out to teach yoga and meditation, this journey of self-discovery sparked her desire to share these teachings with others. Her warm and welcoming energy will help you feel at peace from the moment you set onto your mat.
About Ukiyoga
In 2020 Rebecca started Ukiyoga with the intention of bringing the outdoors in while treading lightly on earth. Her candles, diffusers and oil blends are derived from plant based products and scented with pure essential oils. A big part of Ukiyoga is to live in harmony with nature which is why everything is made in small batches with sustainability at the heart of everything she does. She hope to share the aromatherapy healing powers of nature with you from the comfort of your own home.
Just as nature evolves with the seasons, her vision has too. This is the first event where she has took the step to explore paths toward holistic wellbeing and self connection beyond the flame. Together she hopes to explore the profound links between nature, self-care, and inner balance.
