Women's Write to Heal: Reclaiming Your Narrative

This workshop blends creative writing and narrative medicine to offer a safe and welcoming community for women to connect with themselves and others.
In each session, we will read and analyze the published work of feminist writers and poets to foster group discussion and gain inspiration for our own original work.
Through reflective writing exercises, we will gain emotional clarity in processing our own unique life events, find meaning in suffering, and build self-compassion. Please bring a notebook and pen or a laptop to write.
