Well Mishka & Dora will intuitively offer practices, your breath & your body is your first teacher and true guide. These circles are curated with the intention of offering you tools to find deeper listening & strengthen your intuition.
Everything you need is already within you & we lovingly holds space for you to remember your own power.

Notes on Breathwork
With each unconscious breath, you are supporting your body’s baseline energy and patterns, "same old, same old". With each conscious, connected breath you are invited to the Now, this present, precious moment. During a conscious connected breathwork journey (CCB), you have the opportunity to connect to life force energy. The invitation to breathe in new oxygen, new energy, new information.
As Mishka guides you on a CCB journey, each deep inhale will nourish you, each exhalation an opportunity to surrender. The exhalation will be your time & space to let go of what is no longer serving you. To let go, supported with ease & grace.
Well mishka will intuitively guide you, your breath is both your teacher & the journey. Everything you need is already within you & she lovingly holds space for you to remember.

In a beautiful women’s circle, Dora will help you to find your inner voice & to share anything in a safe space where we all come together to heal. As a Holistic Psychologist she is focused on inspiring you to release any tension, limiting beliefs or traumas that are holding you back. We breath and move to feel liberated & connected to our divine feminine energies. We come together to support and lift each other up.
