Upon arrival, meet and greet with the group while enjoying a welcoming hot drink and healthy snack. Chrissy will help us to ignite our inner fire by leading us through an energizing and invigorating workout followed by a deep stretch. After working up an appetite, we’ll sit together and refuel with a beautiful & nourishing shared meal.
Once the food has settled, Alison will guide us in a journaling session and sharing circle for an opportunity for self-reflection and connection with the group. We will then close the evening with a relaxing guided deep rest meditation known as yoga nidra to relax, unwind and integrate everything experienced throughout our time together.

Chrissy's dedication to fitness and training is fueled by her passion for inspiring others. With a diploma in Sports and Fitness, and certifications in Personal Training and Pre and Post Natal Coaching, she's equipped with a wealth of extensive knowledge and expertise.
In her small group workouts and one-on-one training sessions, Chrissy creates a challenging yet enjoyable environment, blending fitness with yoga, meditation, and mobility for well-rounded and balanced workouts. Her lighthearted approach cultivates a sense of community and support within her gym in Titirangi.
Beyond fitness, Chrissy is a devoted mother to three daughters, always prioritizing quality family time. She treasures moments with her kids, whether it's outdoor adventures, creative projects, or simply bonding over shared interests. When not with her family or working out, you'll find her surfing at the beach, reading a good book, immersed in nature, or planning the next Spirit Fest.
Alison is passionate about health and wellness. Her roles as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, pilates instructor, and women's circle facilitator all contribute to her holistic approach to health and well-being.
Her extensive background in therapeutic bodywork and mindful movement, coupled with her heightened intuition and awareness, make her a conscious and attentive space holder for fostering the mind-body connection.
She strives to always create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore and deepen their understanding of themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
