Somewhere along the way, we were taught it should sound a certain way.
Be polite.
Don’t be too loud.
Don’t be too emotional.
Don’t be angry.
Don’t take up too much space.
Be soft — but not weak.
Be strong — but not too much.
Be independent — but still pleasing.
Adjust. Adapt. Stay acceptable.
For centuries, the voice of the free, self-led, embodied woman was silenced, minimised, or misunderstood.
Many of us lost contact with it. With our CORE.
It is time to return to oneself.
The world needs the quality you carry.
Your Voice is a unique VIBRATION.
This is an invitation
To meet the power of your own voice.
To enter a safe, intentional space where you can hear yourself and be heard — without performance, without perfection.
With curiosity.
With compassion.
With courage.
You will not be asked to sing.
You will not be evaluated.
You will not be corrected.
You will be guided to RECONNECT.
To feel that your imperfect, living, breathing voice is enough.
That it has weight.
That it matters.
You will be invited to let sound move through you — emotions, boundaries, desires, truth — in a held and supported women’s space.
To reclaim the courage to say what you truly think.
To feel what you truly feel.
To become intimate with all parts of yourself:
The wild one.
The tender one.
The angry one.
The sensitive one.
The powerful one.
The uncertain one.

WHAT WE WILL DO
This 2.5-hour journey blends my holistic modalities:
– Nervous system regulation & grounding
– Trauma-informed movement practices
– Breathwork for safety and activation
– Guided Voice Liberation exercises
– Systemic Coaching
– Reflective journaling & integration
– Closing Sharing Circle
We will explore voice as:
• Boundary
• Pleasure
• Power
• Emotion
• Sensation
• Self-leadership
We will practice listening to other women — and being listened to.
Through this workshop, you may reconnect to:
• The pleasure of hearing yourself
• The courage to express your truth
• A deeper connection to your heart and belly wisdom
• Release held tension in the jaw, throat and chest
• Express your NO and your YES
• Feminine community and support
• The joy of being fully alive in your body

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Maja Michalewska is an international embodiment teacher, holistic health practitioner, and founder of Elevate Sustain Prosper, where she mentors and coaches Executive Woman Coaching Programs.
