TIME: Sacred Fire starts at 3 pm. ARRIVE by 4 PM, Ceremony starts PROMPTLY at 4;30 PM to 7:00 PM, Ceremony includes herbal tea inside the Temazcal.
Healty snacks will be provided for the gathering after the Temazcal. Ceremony is over after share food in community.
LADIES: You are welcome to bring flowers for the altar or something special you wish to place at altar during the ceremony.

DRESS CODE & Protocol * Women: No earrings inside the lodge, no metal jewelry or plastic, traditionally a long wide dress, long or short sleeves, towel, or top that covers your shoulders and blouses short or long sleeves with long wide skirt is asked. Bathing suit ok, no metal, no heavy push up. The lighter the clothing the better so it absorbs the heat and our skin benefits from the steam. The heat opens the pores to release toxins, this is purification. We heal with prayer, music, and songs. Know it’ll get wet with the vapor from steam. Bring a change of clothes. 2 Towels please.
