Women's Somatic Sanctuary

The Body has always been the anchor of a woman's personal truth, guidance, and desires for her life.If we disconnect from the body, we essentially abandon ourselves and that which we hold dear.And under the many demands of our lives, the roles, and tasks, and expectations placed upon us, we often disconnect without even realizing it. Which is why regular somatic practice and the process of anchoring ourselves in the home of our Body is fundamental not only for our physical health, but also for our emotional, mental, and spiritual thriving.If you would like genuine support with your somatic practice, I invite you to attend the upcoming classes.

Our time together will include:

• Somatic practice that will draw from hatha yoga, soul movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
• At the end of the class there is time for reflection and journaling on your personal experience and discovery
• As women we share and support each other for truly inspiring and holistic experience

Optional Bonus:

· You will be emailed 3 somatic exercises after each class to keep you engaged with the practice between classes.

More Logistics:

All levels are welcome – different movement options will be provided.
Trauma honoring approach - specific methodology includes pendulation, titration, and self-soothing through balancing of the vagal tone

Mats and props are provided or bring your own.
