Sam Hattlestad is Boss's badass BJJ instructor, bringing years of combat sports skills transferrable to self-defense situations.
Assisting her will be Christine Laroche, Ottawa-based law enforcement who will be answering your questions and leading a discussion on women's safety.
A licensed support worker will also be present to connect with and support our workshop attendees.
