Attention everyone! We're hosting a Free Women's Self Defense class on Saturday February 28th from 12:30pm - 2:30pm! This is a fundraiser for the Women Aware organization that helps women and children that are victims of domestic violence. Please come out to support this group and all donations will go to @womenaware. It's a great time to learn some practical moves and learn concepts to help women from being in dangerous situations.
