This 2-hour women-only workshop is your introduction to practical, no-nonsense self defence — drawn from the Kali Self Defence program, a Filipino martial arts system built on instinct, awareness, and efficiency. No uniforms, no belts, no prior experience required.
In just one session, you'll learn:
✦ How to break free from grabs — wrist grabs, bear hugs, collar grabs and more
✦ How to hit without hurting yourself — because technique matters more than strength
✦ Improvised weapons — how to use everyday items you already carry
✦ Real-world awareness and response — not just moves, but mindset
