Because let’s be honest: the world feels heavy right now. The economy feels heavy. And so many women especially mothers, helpers, healers, and therapists are conditioned to place themselves dead last. Somewhere beneath groceries, soccer cleats, copays, and everyone else’s nervous system. Like a raccoon digging through emotional leftovers at 2am.
We didn’t want finances to be the thing that stopped someone from saying yes to themselves. So we created a more accessible option for women who deeply need a day to reconnect, regulate, exhale, and be poured into for once.
What makes this experience different is the intention behind every single piece of it. The Sacred Untaming is not a surface-level “self-care” event with buzzwords and a charcuterie board pretending to heal your inner child. This retreat was thoughtfully curated by women who genuinely understand nervous systems, embodiment, grief, burnout, trauma, and the deep ache so many women carry silently.
We intentionally partnered with other women-owned small businesses here in OKC to create an experience that feels immersive, grounding, and meaningful. Offerings include guided sandtray experiences, intentional ritual, and a Cacao Ceremony + Soundbath facilitated by Isabel Garcia — an Indigenous woman living deeply rooted in her culture and practices.
This is a space for women who hold everyone else.
A space to soften without needing to perform.
A space to reconnect with themselves outside of productivity, survival, and caregiving.
