Join us for Seed to Sovereignty, part of the Growing Resilience: First Saturdays at the Market Educational Series at the OKC Farmers Public Market.This free community workshop will explore themes surrounding Indigenous agricultural practices, seed stewardship, food resilience, relationship to land, and the interconnected philosophy of the Three Sisters growing method.
Designed as a flexible, come-and-go experience during market hours, the event will feature short rotating presentations and discussions alongside interactive community engagement opportunities. Attendees are invited to listen, learn, ask questions, exchange seeds, and engage with educational displays throughout the workshop.

A storyteller, community advocate, and supporter of Oklahoma culture, connection, and regional identity.
Rather than a traditional long-form lecture setting, the workshop will feature shorter guided presentations and community discussion throughout the event in a casual and welcoming Farmers Market environment.
