Please ensure you arrive on time with suitable clothing, footwear and a bottle of water.

Anyone later than 5 minutes will not be allowed in due to health and safety reason, as they will have missed the warming up.

If you can no longer attend, please remember to cancel your place with at least 4 hours' notice, as otherwise you may be blocked from future bookings.
