There’s so much outsiders don’t see: the calculation of how much of yourself to show, the energy spent managing rooms that were never quite designed with you in them, the pressure to be grateful and undemanding while quietly absorbing more than your share. That's the conversation this gathering is built for.

You don't have to share anything. Coming to listen is enough.

This is a monthly, confidential gathering for women across all parts of the music industry — artists, producers, managers, engineers, executives, publicists, and everyone else moving through this world and occasionally needing to set it down for an hour with people who understand it from the inside.

All participants agree to a confidentiality statement. What's said here stays here.

Before you leave for the evening, you'll draw a name. One woman in this room: your person for the month. One intentional connection, assigned rather than hoped for.

Because the women here are exactly the kind of people worth knowing better. And "let's grab coffee sometime" is how that doesn't happen.

The conversation getting us there: partnerships. The right ones change everything. The wrong ones cost more than you'd like to admit. This month we're talking honestly about what we actually need from the people we work alongside, and what we bring in return. Not the polished version.
