We sit together in presence—
held by breath, by earth, by one another.

To be met exactly as you are.

For many years, I have held space for others through life’s tender and transformative moments.

I am a mother, doula, yoga teacher, and trained family constellation practitioner. I am deeply drawn to gathering with women in spaces of connection, inspiration, and depth of presence.

My work is rooted in creating environments that are safe, loving, and creatively alive — where people feel supported to soften, open, and come home to themselves.
