From crave-worthy chicken sandwiches to her signature sweet potato biscuits, every dish at Chick N Jones reflects her commitment to flavor, quality, and cultural pride.
ABOUT CHEF TRACEY MARIONNEAUX
Tracey Marionneaux is an accomplished pastry chef, self-taught cake artist, and founder of Sweet Revolution. Born and raised in Chicago, she trained at Kendall College, worked at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse where she helped create the iconic 23-layer chocolate cake, and made custom cakes for A-list celebrities. A competitor on Season 5 of Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship, she also shared her skills through after-school pastry programs for middle school students before moving to Miami, where she worked in luxury hotels, fine dining, and in 2022 served as Pastry Chef at Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster. Inspired by her grandmother “Sweetie Pie,” Tracey continues to blend tradition and innovation through her desserts, consulting, and community work, including serving as a judge for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Innovate Challenge at Miami Dade College.
Known widely as “Your Favorite Pastry Chef,” Tracey leads Sweet Revolution—more than a bakery, it’s a movement to reclaim dessert as an experience, not just a bite. It’s where tradition meets creativity, where community is baked into every recipe, and where every visit feels like coming home.
