Join us for a sacred and nurturing afternoon of connection, sharing, and heart-centered practices at the Women's Heart Circle. This is a safe and supportive space for women and those who identify as female to come together, share their voices, and reconnect with their hearts. This circle with be extra special as we connect on International Women's day, exploring the theme of give to gain.
Guided by Donna Borokinni of Anahata Yoga Glasgow, we will journey through gentle Anahata-inspired practices, including breathwork, movement, and sound healing. Donna brings over 20 years of yoga experience, blending Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga with the heart-opening wisdom of Anahata Yoga, as taught by her mentor Peter Clifford.
Donna is delighted to be joined by Alexandra Shrinivas, a Glasgow-based singer-songwriter and community musician. Alex weaves themes of love, heartbreak, and her Scottish-Indian heritage into her music. Recently exploring the harmonium and mantra singing, she brings a soulful presence to this gathering, inviting us to open our hearts through sound and mindful movement.
