Cycle Check In
Each month we come together with different facilitators with the intention of creating space for ourselves to connect and reflect. We meet together on the Monday closest to the Full Moon each month.
Menstrual Cycle Coach Lauren Barton leads us in circle for a cycle check in where we share what day of our cycle we're on and how we're checking in.
This is available to all cyclical beings. Checking in with your cycles allows you to share and be heard by other women and to acknowledge the fluctuations that come with being cyclical.
This check in is available to everyone. Even if you are pregnant, menopausal, experience PCOS, are breastfeeding, etc. (you will track with the moon 🌕 you will get information when you sign up about how this works)
We use this as a guide to check in, however if this doesn’t resonate you can just check in with as you are without this 🙂

This month we will be through a Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey with Briana Pharos.
This breathwork practice is a powerful tool for somatic healing, emotional release, and deep self-connection—helping you move stagnant energy, regulate your nervous system, and access your inner wisdom.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a rhythmic, intentional breathing pattern that bypasses the thinking mind and allows you to access deeper layers of your body, emotions, and subconscious. It is an active meditation that can help:
✨ Release stuck emotions and stored tension
✨ Support nervous system regulation and resilience
✨ Enhance clarity, creativity, and intuition
✨ Shift patterns of stress, burnout, or feeling “stuck”
✨ Create space for self-trust and embodied healing
What to Expect
During this session, Bri will guide you through the breathwork practice in a safe, supportive container. With music, somatic guidance, and intuitive facilitation, we’ll create space for whatever wants to emerge—whether that’s emotional release, deep rest, or renewed energy. Each person’s experience is unique, and there’s no right or wrong way to engage with the practice.
About Briana
Bri has been holding space for transformation since 2013, working with those who feel deeply, think differently, and seek a bridge between science and spirituality, mind and body, structure and flow. Her work is trauma-aware and body-based, weaving breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system support to help people reconnect with themselves in an authentic way.
