Olir Kids Creative Club in association with Decathlon and Dr. Kayel Natural Wellness Solutions presents a refreshing Offline Yoga Competition to celebrate Women’s Day by promoting health, flexibility, and inner strength among children.

📍 Venue: Decathlon, Pondy Bazaar

📅 Date: 22nd March 2026, 10 AM onwards

🧘 Mode: Offline Competition

🧘 Competition Format

🟢 Age 3–5 Years

• Perform 4 simple asanas of their choice

• Each pose must be held for minimum 3 seconds to Maximum 15 Seconds.

🟢 Age 6–8 Years

• Perform 4 asanas of their choice

• Each pose must be held for minimum 3–5 seconds to Maximum 15 Seconds.

🔵 Age 9–12 Years

• Perform 4 asanas –

• 1 Standing posture

• 1 Sitting posture

• 1 Supine posture (lying on back)

• 1 Prone posture (lying on stomach)

• Each pose must be held for minimum 3–5 seconds to Maximum 15 Seconds.

📌 Competition Guidelines

• Participants must bring their own Yoga mat

• Proper yoga attire is recommended

• Participants must report 30 minutes before the scheduled time
