You’re warmly invited to gather in sisterhood this Women’s Day for a gentle and heart-centered feminine circle. This nurturing space is created for women to slow down, share, reflect, and reconnect with their inner calm through meaningful discussion and soft Reiki elements woven throughout the experience.
Guided by Reiki Practitioner Roxanne, the circle will include an introduction to Reiki and a brief experiential component, allowing you to feel its subtle, supportive energy in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Together, we’ll explore themes of balance, self-care, and emotional wellbeing in a grounded, non-pressured environment.

• Open conversation around self-care, balance, and wellbeing
• Optional sharing in a supportive container
Introduction to Reiki (15 min)
• What Reiki is and how it supports the body and mind
• How energy work can complement your wellness routine
Group Reiki Experience (25 min)
• Gentle, guided Reiki offering within the group
• Quiet rest to notice and receive the energy
Reflection & Q&A (10 min)
• Space for questions, insights, and sharing
Closing Sound Bowls & Integration (15 min)
• Soft sound healing to ground and integrate
• Gentle closing of the circle
