About this Event
We’ll kick off with a coaching-led strength workshop, giving attendees the opportunity to refine technique, build confidence, and train with intent. This will be followed by an educational panel discussion featuring coaches Bel and Rach, alongside fellow MARCHON coaches, with a key focus on fuelling for performance and training in line with the menstrual cycle and the hormonal shifts women experience.
The day will finish with a high-energy group conditioning session.
The purpose of the event is collaboration, connection, education, and empowerment offering evidence-based, actionable advice in a relaxed and inclusive environment where women feel comfortable not only listening, but contributing and being heard.
