Benjamin Britten's Rejoice in the Lamb, a vivid and joyful setting of Christopher Smart's visionary poetry. Arvo Pärt's Salve Regina, a luminous prayer of timeless stillness. And Maurice Duruflé's Requiem, a gorgeous work that weaves Gregorian chant into rich orchestral and choral textures, offering consolation and peace.
Together, these three works trace a journey from joyful praise through quiet contemplation to a final, transcendent peace.
