What is Women’s Circle?Women’s Circle is a guided, conversation-based session designed to feel safe, grounded, and practical.
Each gathering includes:
- Sitting in a circle, shoulder to shoulder (or online via Zoom)
- A short, eye-closed guided meditation and basic breath technique to arrive in the space
- An introduction to the month’s theme
- 4–5 reflective questions explored together around the circle
- Optional sharing. Listening is just as welcome as speaking
- A short closing reflection or meditation
The sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and insight, drawing wisdom from shared lived experience rather than advice-giving or emotional unloading. You don’t need to prepare anything, journal, or have prior experience. Simply arrive as you are.
Investment:
😊$20 per casual session
🤩 $180 upfront 12 month membership (saves $60)
😍 $550 upfront 12 month ALL ACCESS Membership (includes log in to exclusive access to pre recorded yoga classes and more well being videos)
Options:
3:45pm-6:00pm - 1x Sunday each month In-studio
6:00am-7:00am - 1x Tuesday each month Online via Zoom
5:45pm-7:30pm - 1x Tuesday each month In-Studio
With the ALL ACCESS Membership you can join 1x in studio session and the zoom too!
