Join Claire for a women’s circle and cacao ceremony where we’ll explore the practice of giving ourselves grace — especially when it feels hardest.
We often hold ourselves to high expectations. We strive. We try to get it “right.” And even when we know we deserve softness, it can feel difficult to offer it to ourselves — sometimes bringing up guilt, or a quiet sense that we haven’t quite earned it.
Through ceremony, embodied movement, meditation, journaling, and intentional sharing, we’ll create space to soften, breathe, and remember that grace is not something to be earned, but something we are worthy of — just as we are.
Come as you are.

This circle holds space for 8 women, including Claire, the facilitator.

Location details: This circle will be held at Claire's House in La Jolla. The address will be provided in your confirmation email. There is plenty of street parking available, and you'll be two blocks from the beach, so bring your suit for a post-circle swim!
