Together, we will go on a journey that will invite you to ground down, connect with your heart, and lovingly bring yourself into the present moment. Through a cacao ceremony, meditation, embodied movement, and connection, we will share in the experience of being fully present with love.
Experience includes:
Cacao ceremony, meditation, embodied movement, journaling authentic relating, a sharing circle, and time for tea, snacks, and connection.
Wear comfortable clothes and please bring a journal and pen or pencil.
What to expect:
A safe space where you can show up as your most authentic self. Intentional facilitation that supports deep reflection and thoughtful connection with others. A unique experience that will nourish your mind, body, heart, and soul.
This circle is an intimate gathering in my home limited to 8 women including me. We believe smaller circles promote deeper connection.

Claire has been leading circles for three years with Sun&Moon Collective. She is a certified Fluentbody facilitator, ecstatic dance facilitator and dj; she is also a former high school English teacher. She is passionate about community, movement, and music and the creation of safe spaces where women can just feel with love.
