Womens Circle. - A space to breathe, share, and be held

Join us for an intimate Women’s Circle centred around self-worth and self-trust, a space to pause, reconnect, and be supported by like minded women.

This circle is designed to feel safe, empowering, and grounding, especially for women who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or craving genuine connection.

Whether you’re a mum, married, single, or simply navigating a busy season of life, you are welcome here.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and guided reflection to help you settle into your body and the space.
There will be time for connection and optional sharing ( no pressure), followed by a guided meditation and sound healing to close the evening, allowing you to leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.

• Journal and pen
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on (laying down will be minimal)
• Blanket for warmth
• Water bottle

Comfortable clothing you can relax in, think soft, cosy, and unrestricted. Or you never know ......maybe you'll make a friend and choose to go for dinner afterwards ☺️

No previous experience required.
✨ Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and supportive.

6:15pm
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY to settle into the space and your spot. Please allow for traffic and plan out your travel accordingly, as we cannot start the event until everyone has arrived.
Bring with you:
We therefore highly recommend:

-Water and journal and pen
- something comfortable to sit on
- A pillow if you wish to lay down, yoga mat if you also prefer to lay on something
- A warm blanket pending on the current weather.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Wear socks as your feet can get cold.
