Yoga Mat - plus small pillow/blanket or whatever you need to sit comfortably on the floor. (We have limited chairs on hand for those who have physical limitations and cannot sit on the floor. We are NOT doing yoga, this is your seat only)

Tea Mug - Bring a mug for tea.

Dress comfortably.
