Women's BJJ Classes

To celebrate International Women's Day, Origin BJJ Team N22 invite women and girls aged 14+ to come try our weekly Women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.

Our sessions are led by female purple belt Shahena, who has a decade of experience in the art.

Classes take place every Sunday from 9AM to 10AM and your first class is free!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a full contact martial art with a focus on controlling and subduing your opponent on the ground. Our classes cover self defence techniques and the sport of BJJ.

Beginners are always welcome.
