Women's Sharing Circle - a space for you to soften and connect

Date: Tuesday 28th April 2026

Time: 8pm arrival for an 8.15pm start. Finishing at approximately 10pm

Location: My home near Hove Park, BN3 6QJ

I invite you to join me for a nourishing Women's Sharing Circle. It's a space for you to slow down. There's no need to do or be anything, simply bring an open mind and heart.

Circle is a soulful and nurturing space for us to come together, share our stories, and connect with one another and ourselves. Where there's no need for pretence or show, you can simply come as you are.

Whatever is on your heart or mind, you are free to share. No one will give advice, or try to fix you. There is no judgment; just compassion, warmth and kindness. It's a place of deep listening. `Sometimes all we need is to be truly seen and heard.

In our fast paced lives it is easy to feel disconnected; to forget our common ties. Circle is a return to an ancient practice that brings us together, and reminds us of the threads that run through all our lives.

Now more than ever we need these spaces. In a world that glorifies doing, and sows the seeds of division, it is a radical act to sit in circle and recognise our common humanity. Please join me, and let the magic of circle unfold.

How our circle typically flows:

⭕️ Herbal teas and snack on arrival.

⭕️ An opening question to give everyone a chance to use their voice and hear how they've arrived in circle.

⭕️ A grounding meditation to help you really land in the space.

⭕️ Sharing of the guidelines to help make our circle safe for deep sharing.

⭕️ The circle will then be open for sharing. Anyone is welcome to share whatever they wish, but there is no pressure to do so.

⭕️ A check-out question before we finally close our circle.

⭕️ Time to reflect and say our goodbyes.
