She is an award-winning tech entrepreneur, public speaker, impact investor and forthcoming author. Ramona was named Crain’s Business Most Notable Women in Financial Advice in 2020 and 100 Most Influential Latinas by Latino Leaders Magazine. She is a Politico Impact leader and was featured in HBO’s Gaming Wall Street. She is a contributor to the Kiplinger Collective and other publications.

Ramona has played pivotal roles on the founding team of Azlo, a neo bank for small businesses and is an expert in equity crowdfunding. Prior to that, Ramona served as a Wall Street attorney, where she worked on high profile securities litigation cases in private practice and at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Dana L. Wilson has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry and is the Founder and CEO of CHIP (Changing How Individuals Prosper). CHIP is a financial services marketplace that makes finding financial professionals of color easy.

In 2021, Investment News recognized her as a "See It Be It Role Model" for her diversity, equity, and inclusion work. She also received two company awards in 2021 from Think Advisor for her work in diversity and inclusion and thought leadership. She was named "One To Watch" in Fintech from Money 20/20 and was awarded as a 2021 Trailblazer from Black Women In Media. Dana graduated from North Carolina Central University and received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Marketing and a 2023 Investment News Women To Watch Finalist. Dana also holds an MBA from Penn State University's Smeal School of Business, where she focused on strategic leadership and corporate innovation. She has worked at large, mid-sized, and independent financial firms. These firms include SunTrust Bank, SunTrust Investment Services, State Farm, Merrill Lynch, and Cabot Lodge Securities.

Dana provides access to historically excluded and underrepresented financial and legal professionals. She hosts "The Included Series Podcast," where she works to normalize the conversation around money as her guests share their financial journey. She has participated in numerous panels, symposiums, and events for community organizations and HBCUs. In addition, she's currently training for the 2024 NYC marathon and is an avid reader, proud pet parent, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
