We are honored to invite you to Kendo teams Shiai event dedicated to women. Miyoko Ota from Germany, Maria Lukács from Poland and VSD DUNAKESZI CLUB came up with an idea of a challenging event for European women competitors.
💡The main idea of this event is to make 2 days of constant shiai.
There are going to be 2 pools:
❗First pool is dedicated for any women team which is willing to use an opportunity for 2 days of contact shiai. It can be club team, mix team of women competitors from different club and in different levels. If its your first shiai opportunity or you already practice kendo for years we would be so happy to see you on our event.
❗Second pool is dedicated to National teams and EX national team members (you can build mix teams) which will face a „Guest Team” .
„Guest Team” is going to consist of highly experienced women competitors , which can challenge nowadays top national team members.
🤩 We can already confirm that one of the members of “Guest Team” is going to be Haruka Shindo ( Last year winner of Women's and Open category of Kasahara Cup.She is also a Tsukuba graduate student and 2016 All Japan Women Championships participant.)
All teams in the pool fights against each other�.
We are going to write down rankings of teams based on their results�.
Each participant will have a chance for 2 days of constant fight, shinpaning and developing team skills experience (communication, strategy building , self-analysis -base on team fight feedbacks on the special document, cheering for your team members) .
🎖We also would like to award top 3 winners teams (from each pool) and additional award for a team which is going show best communication and team support.
⌚We are going to organize this event on 12-14.12.2025 in Dunakeszi , Hungary.
Dunakeszi is a border city with Budapest and as organizers we are going to provide transportation from the Liszt Ferenc airport directly to Dunakeszi.
We can propose for you a list of accommodations in which you can receive a VSD club discount.
Also in following days we are going to provide transport from accommodations to the gym and back.

💶Participation fee (Sayonara party fee included in it) : 30 euro
🏨Accommodation prices:
• 4-bed apartment: 60,000 HUF (150 Euro)/ night
• Premium apartments (2 persons): 45,000 HUF (115 Euro)/ night

Friday : free jigeiko 6-8 pm (address will be known in next weeks)
Saturday:
First block of shiai 10:00 am - 1:30 pm
Lunch break
Second block of shiai 4:00 pm -7:30 pm
Sayonara party from 9 pm (in the hotel which you are staying)
Sunday : last block of shiai from 10 am to 2 pm
