Fear shows up any time growth is on the line—but not all fear is the same. This Women Rising gathering explores two distinct types of fear and how they shape our decision‑making, confidence, and willingness to take risks. Through guided learning and reflection, participants will learn how to recognize the fear that holds them back versus the fear that signals meaningful growth.Together, we’ll explore how to “leap” in ways that feel aligned and sustainable—rather than forced or performative—and how to move forward even when certainty is unavailable.
Women Rising is an intentional gathering for women who know growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Rooted in connection rather than hustle, each session creates space to think together, process real‑life challenges, and gain practical insight—supporting clarity, courage, and thoughtful growth in a way that honors where you are.
This gathering is facilitated by Katie Sandoe, who guides the conversation with intention, warmth, and practical wisdom—creating a space where women can be fully seen, supported, and engaged.
Format (90 minutes | 12:30–2:00 PM):
- Lunch + Connection (30 minutes): Time to build relationships, connect across industries and generations, and settle into the space
- Learning Together (60 minutes): Guided learning, reflection, and facilitated discussion
- Participants receive a High‑Velocity Question in advance to spark insight and intention
- Curated resources shared after the session, including books, articles, podcasts, videos, and practical tools
