Robin has dedicated more than two decades to advancing community impact across Lancaster County through her leadership at High Foundation. Since joining the organization, she has held multiple leadership roles and served as Executive Director for nearly twenty years before being appointed President and CEO.
Under Robin’s leadership, the High Foundation has strengthened its strategic focus while expanding initiatives that support environmental sustainability, affordable housing, and community opportunity. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building strong organizations and investing in long-term solutions that benefit people and communities across the region.
In this session, Robin will share insights on philanthropic leadership, building mission-driven organizations, and what it takes to guide large-scale community initiatives that create meaningful change.
