7th Annual Women of Color Summit
B.R.I.D.G.E. — Building, Respect, Inclusivity, Determination, Growth, Equity
Thank you for your interest in joining us for the seventh annual Women of Color Summit (WOC) with more than 300 women and allies across New York State and various regions for a two day in-person professional development conference. WOC kick off will be held in -person in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 3-4, 2026 and continue with two virtual sessions on Thursday July 16th and July 23rd. In addition, this year we have added a half-day Ally Institute to our summit offering the morning of June 3rd.
This year’s theme: B.R.I.D.G.E. — Connecting Voices, Cultivating Leaders, Advancing Equity.
Creating pathways for women of color to cross from potential to power. Through Building Respect, fostering Inclusivity, embracing Determination, catalyzing Growth, and championing Equity, we construct connections that elevate careers, amplify voices, and dismantle barriers. This gathering serves as a foundation, as a place to pause, as a time of connectivity and as a crossing point where emerging leaders find mentorship, established professionals deepen impact, and allies learn to build alongside us. Together, we don't just cross bridges; we build and become them.
Who Should Attend:
All are welcome to this professional development learning opportunity. Executive leaders, emerging leaders, managers, frontline employees, college students. We are pending Human Resource and Social Work continuing education credits.
WOC Summit 2026 Registration Fees:
*Inclusive of all summit sessions, materials and three meals and reception.
*Two days -June 3 & 4th $300. per person
*Two days – June 3 & 4th $275. per person (groups of 4 or more registered at the same time)
One day Wednesday June 3rd- $150. per person
One day Thursday June 4th -$150. per person
Ally Institute only June 3rd (admission 10:00am-3:00pm only) -$75. per person
Bundle Discount -Two Day June 3-4 and Virtual July 16 & 23 $330. per person
