This session is for anyone working in environments and exposed to extreme temperatures. Participants will learn to identify the hazards associated with both heat and cold stress, understand the physiological impacts on the body, and implement practical solutions to mitigate risks. The challenge is this: when asked what it means to “work safely,” most employees default to compliance-based answers—wearing PPE and following rules.
