Women in Theatre, founded by Simbios Art Corp in collaboration with the Koubek Center, is dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the theater industry. Since our inaugural season launch in October 2023, we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from the community. Our events have fostered meaningful discussions and helped create a vibrant network of women theater professionals. These events consist of sharing breakfast with women in the theater industry and featuring four panelists who speak about their careers to inspire, motivate, and create conversation with peers. The panels have a fee of $10 to cover breakfast costs, and workshops have a fee of $20 to cover breakfast and provide a symbolic fee to the teacher.
Your contributions would help inspire and empower our attendees, many of whom are eager to learn from seasoned professionals like yourself. Every woman in the theatre industry is invited to come, these are not supposed to be elite events.
