It’s happening.

On April 1st, we’re launching Beyond Bootcamp — a brand-new in-person event series for our growing Women in Tech Sales community.

And in true April Fool’s fashion, this event’s theme is:
Who Are You Fooling? Unfiltered Conversations on Confidence & Self-Doubt.

Confidence isn’t a personality trait — it’s built over time.
Self-doubt often shows up first: before growth, before stretch roles, before meaningful change. Yet we rarely talk honestly about what that actually looks like in real careers.

This isn’t another panel about “overcoming imposter syndrome.”
It’s a real conversation with leaders who’ve built careers in tech sales — sharing what growth actually looks like, and how confidence is developed through experience, discomfort, and action.

Here’s what you can expect:

🔥 Fireside Chat: Bold, Unfiltered Leadership Conversations
We’ll kick off with a candid discussion featuring senior sales executives and leaders who won’t hold back. Expect real insights on confidence, self-doubt, career growth, and the moments that shape careers.

🤝 Mentoring Circles: Small-Group Conversations That Go Deeper
We’ll break into curated mentoring circles led by selected community mentors. Share experiences, ask honest questions, and gain practical insights and perspectives you can actually use. Want to be a mentor? Read on and chose the mentor ticket at check out (some criteria applies).

🥂 Networking & Connection
We’ll wrap up with dedicated time for networking with our growing community. Build relationships. Strengthen your network. Leave with momentum.

Mentoring Circles

If you’d like to volunteer to facilitate a mentoring circle during the breakout session, please choose the mentor ticket at checkout. Mentoring spots are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

About Being A Mentor

After the fireside chat, we’ll break into small mentoring circles to continue the conversation.

Each circle will be led by a designated mentor who will help guide discussion, encourage participation, and share real-world insight from their own leadership journey.

Mentor Criteria

To serve as a mentor, you must:

• Be a senior-level leader
• Have experience coaching, managing, and developing teams
• Be willing to facilitate an open, honest, and constructive conversation
