One speaker will guide participants in applying a personal SWOT analysis and yogic practices to strengthen self-awareness and alignment, while the keynote will deliver practical strategies for leaders at all levels—covering institutional change, evolving risks, inclusive environments, and the role of mentorship and representation in shaping the future of security leadership. We will also feature a dynamic panel discussion on “From Token to Trailblazer – Moving from being the ‘only’ to mentoring the next generation,” highlighting the power of representation and community in advancing leadership.
