Your Hosts

Louise Goforth FCIPD FLPI, Founder of The Smart Partnership

The Smart Partnership provides flexible, results-driven HR and Learning & Development solutions. A Fellow of both the CIPD and the LPI, and a member of the EMCC and IoD, Louise brings over 25 years’ senior HR, Talent and L&D Leadership experience across Health & Beauty, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services. As an LPI Ambassador and Learning Awards Judge, Louise is passionate about creating positive change and supporting others to grow with confidence and purpose. She is committed to supporting women at key life and career transition points acting as coach and mentor, drawing on her own leadership journey, from providing support after maternity leave to navigating redundancy or career change and empowering aspiring female leaders to achieve their full potential.

Adam Goodman-Smith ICF PCC, Founder of Confidence Rising, Author & Coach

Adam is a confidence and self-belief specialist who works with women and leaders across organisations to strengthen mindset, overcome self-sabotage and realise their full potential. His work focuses on challenging limiting beliefs, quieting the inner critic and building bold, authentic leadership presence. Adam has partnered with organisations including the BBC, Boots, Specsavers, Starbucks, BT and Arts Council England to deliver transformative workshops and coaching programmes that unlock confidence from the inside out.
