Some weeks before I came up with the idea of making a bloomish Flower Tea Ceremony. And I was looking for a Tea which can support a release of the mind and which can softly support the opening of the heart and a support to calm the nervous system.

So I found the Rose Tea.

But then I read that a Rose Tea is a Heart Opening Tea and is valued for its calming properties and high antioxidant content.

It has also a natural calming effect that helps lower cortisol levels, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality, it can alleviate period-related cramping, bloating, and distress and so much more.

And because of all this rich nourishing elements, for me it sounded so well to include this in my upcoming program for a Women‘S Selflove Soundbath Meditation.
