Women’s Circle: A Morning of Cacao, Clarity & Connection

Join me and other like-minded women for a grounding and heart-opening circle where we’ll journey with ceremonial cacao, reflection, and guided meditation — a space to release what feels heavy and reconnect with calm, clarity, and joy.

Cacao is a sacred plant ally known for opening the heart, deepening connection, and lifting the spirit. Rich in theobromine, tryptamine, and phenylethylamine (PEA), it naturally supports joy, creativity, and presence.

Our morning begins with gentle grounding and energy cleansing, a quiet arrival into stillness. From there, we open our hearts with cacao, a warm, heart-expanding drink that awakens the senses.

You’ll then be guided through meditation, journaling, and visualisation to reconnect with what matters most to you. The circle closes with a sharing moment, oracle card pull, and time to anchor your insights before stepping back into the world.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected — a beautiful reset before the new year.

I draw on years of facilitation experience alongside my personal practice in meditation and embodied presence, offering a calm space to slow down and come home to yourself.
