The Crown Jewel Series – Volume 4
Join us for a women’s beach mat Pilates class in Santa Monica as part of the Crown Jewel Series by FUBUW Pilates.
This is a BASI-inspired session focused on building strength, improving alignment, and moving with intention. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, this class is designed to meet you where you are while helping you deepen your practice.
Beyond the workout, this is a space to connect with other women, reset, and start your weekend grounded and energized.
What to Expect
• Guided mat Pilates class focused on core strength, control, and alignment
• Beginner-friendly with thoughtful progressions
• A supportive, welcoming environment for women
• Optional post-class beach walk and connection
