About this Event
Living with period pain, hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, PCOS, or fibroids can feel exhausting — physically and emotionally.
This live somatic art therapy workshop offers practical, body-based tools to work with pain, emotional tension, and chronic symptoms through art, movement, and sensation.
This is not talk therapy.
This is direct work with the nervous system and the womb.
What You’ll Experience
✔ Learn how to work with pain instead of resisting it
✔ Regulate emotions through bilateral drawing
✔ Access body memory without reliving trauma
✔ Reconnect with your womb through intuitive clay work
✔ Take home practices you can repeat independently
No artistic skills required.
Workshop Structure

Your symptom as a companion, not an enemy. Learn a somatic-art practice to explore its roots and transform your relationship with it.
2. Bilateral Drawing
A powerful technique to process emotional information stored in the body and nervous system.
3. Womb & Clay Practice
Hands-on intuitive sculpting to release tension, suppressed emotion, and unconscious holding patterns in the pelvic area.
