This workshop is a sacred space for all women—mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and those with or without a physical uterus (hysterectomy). It welcomes all womans, and is especially beneficial for those experiencing painful or irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, or those seeking to release and cleanse past relationships and reconnect with their creative energy.

Luciana has always been fascinated with the power of the mind-breath-body connection. She lived, studied, and taught Yoga in Argentina, Australia, India, and Japan. Trained in Hatha-Vinyasa, Yin, Reiki, Mindfulness, Embodied movement, and somatics, her classes and workshops aim to create a warm, safe and welcoming space.
