Held just before Mother’s Day, this ceremony offers a gentle opportunity to honor the nurturing, creative, and compassionate energy within you—whether that is expressed through motherhood, relationships, or your own personal journey.
You will be gently guided through:
• Intention setting and grounding
• A heart-opening cacao or tea experience
• Guided meditation with breathwork and rhythmic drumming
• Deep inner connection and reflection
• Creative expression through movement, journaling, or art
This ceremony invites you to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with your natural flow of energy and awareness.
As you release what no longer serves you, you create space for more love, compassion, and harmony—within yourself and in your life.
